  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and any unforeseen logistical issues.
  • During peak periods, such as festive seasons, delivery times may be extended, and we will notify customers of any potential delays in advance.
  1. Delivery Process
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched,  customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
  • Deliveries are made through our trusted courier partners, ensuring secure and timely arrival of your goods.
  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, this may result in delays. Customers are advised to double-check their address before confirming an order.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other disruptions, deliveries may be delayed, and we will keep customers informed of any changes.
  1. Delivery Terms
  • Once an order has been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • If a customer rearranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, Ayotayo Food Store will not accept liability for any continued delay or spoilage of fresh or frozen products due to the extended delivery period.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place within your compound if deemed secure. If no safe place is available, the delivery may be rescheduled at the discretion of the courier.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor or at a designated drop-off point), please provide them at checkout.
  1. Store Collection
  • Customers who prefer to collect their order from our store must call ahead to confirm availability and ensure their order is ready for pickup.
  • Store collection is available during our standard business hours, which can be found on our website.
  • Orders not collected within 48 hours of confirmation may be canceled, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • Fresh and frozen products require special handling; customers are advised to refrigerate or freeze their items immediately upon delivery to maintain quality.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
